DAVID B. LEVIN

Mr. Levin graduated from The Ohio State University in June of 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism degree. In May of 1992, Mr. Levin graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law and he was admitted to the Ohio Bar in November of 1992. He is also admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois, and in the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Ohio, Southern District of Ohio, Northern District of Indiana and Northern District of Illinois.

Mr. Levin began his legal career in 1992, working in private practice and as in-house counsel for a multi-corporation business before founding the Law Office of David B. Levin, P.C. which he operated until 1998. In 1998, Mr. Levin was pivotal in the formation of the Ohio division of one of the nation's largest consumer litigation law firms, managing their Ohio practice until 2006. Mr. Levin has been involved, throughout the entire State of Ohio, in all aspects of litigation. To date, Mr. Levin has personally handled over 25 trials, including many jury trials. He has also participated in the appeal of more than 15 cases throughout Ohio.

In March of 2006, Mr. Levin founded the law firm of Luxenburg & Levin, LLC, with Mitchel Luxenburg. Their firm handles a variety of litigation matters, including the defense of traffic tickets and related offenses.

MITCHEL E. LUXENBURG

Mr. Luxenburg graduated from Kent State University in December of 1994 and August of 1997 with his Bachelors and Masters of Business Administration degrees, respectively. While at Kent State, Mr. Luxenburg was recognized with several leadership awards and appointed by Governor George Voinovich to serve a two-year term on the Kent State University Board of Trustees, where he worked closely with and advised University administrators on campus issues and policies.

In May of 1999, Mr. Luxenburg graduated from the University of Akron School of Law and he was admitted to the Ohio Bar in November of 1999. In December of 2001, Mr. Luxenburg was admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Beginning in January of 1999, Mr. Luxenburg was employed as an associate with an AV-Rated (best rating) complex commercial civil litigation firm in Summit County, Ohio, representing the interests of both commercial plaintiffs and defendants throughout Northeast Ohio. His responsibilities included all phases of litigation, from researching and drafting causes of action to researching and drafting appellate court briefs.

In 2001, Mr. Luxenburg joined one of the nation's largest "lemon law" firms, managing their Cleveland office until his departure in 2003, at which time he founded the Law Office of Mitchel Luxenburg. Mr. Luxenburg has been involved, throughout the entire State of Ohio, in all aspects of litigation. To date, Mr. Luxenburg has personally handled 16 jury trials and argued 10 cases in various Ohio appellate courts. In January of 2007, Mr. Luxenburg argued the case of David Curl v. Volkswagen of America, Inc. before the Ohio Supreme Court.

JEREMY D. RICHARDS

Mr. Richards graduated from the Ohio State University in June 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. In August 1997, Mr. Richards entered the Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio and finished his legal studies at the College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in May 2001. Mr. Richards was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in November 2001.

While in law school Mr. Richards served as the Constable and then the Law Clerk for Judge Thomas Crush of the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas. Upon his admission to the Ohio Bar, Mr. Richards worked with the firm of Coley & Associates practicing in the areas of commercial law and commercial leases. In 2003, Mr. Richards established his own law practice, concentrating in criminal defense, including felonies, misdemeanors, traffic violations and other related offenses. Mr. Richards also provides legal services to many small and medium size business.

Mr. Richards is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Ohio Bar Association. He is also active in the Cincinnati Bar Association Mock Trial Program, working with high school students in southwest Ohio. Mr. Richards is Of Counsel with Luxenburg & Levin, LLC.
